Welcome to CGMALL, a platform operated by Crafthive Creative, INC. where users can purchase high-quality 3D assets. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Licensing Tiers

CGMALL offers three licensing tiers based on the size and usage needs of the buyer:

  • Single User License- Window Shopper: For individual creators using assets on a personal or freelance project.
  • Indie Team License- Occasional Shopper: For small teams or studios (up to 3-8 employees) developing independent commercial or non-commercial projects.
  • Corporate License- Mall Rat: For companies or organizations of any size using assets in commercial products or services.

Each license comes with a specific pricing structure. Buyers are required to choose the correct tier based on their actual usage. Misrepresentation of your team size or intended usage to avoid higher licensing fees is a violation of these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All assets, kits, and content available on CGMALL are the exclusive intellectual property of Crafthive Creative, INC. Purchasing or downloading assets does not transfer ownership. Buyers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the assets under the terms of the applicable tier.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share CGMALL assets to any third party.
  • Use assets in a way that makes them available to others as downloadable or extractable resources.
  • Misrepresent the license tier during purchase.
  • Use assets in any context that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

Only the original purchaser is authorized to use the downloaded assets.

4. License Enforcement and Revocation

If Crafthive determines that any license terms have been violated, including but not limited to redistribution, unauthorized sharing, or misrepresentation of licensing tier, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke the license(s) without refund.
  • Block or suspend access to CGMALL services.
  • Pursue legal action for damages and IP infringement if necessary.

5. Termination

Crafthive may suspend or terminate your access to CGMALL at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any part of these terms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of CGMALL after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
